This document grants the user ("Licensee") specific, non-exclusive rights to use the provided audio recordings, samples, presets, sounds, or loops ("Sounds") subject to the following terms and conditions.
Pier Bover hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Sounds in the creation of new musical compositions, recordings, and derivative works (collectively, "New Works").
The Licensee may:
- Integrate the Samples into New Works.
- Distribute, perform, and broadcast the New Works commercially.
- Modify or manipulate the Sounds (e.g., change tempo, pitch, effects) for inclusion in New Works.
The Licensee may not:
- Distribute, sell, or license the Sounds in isolation or as a separate sound library, loop pack, or sample pack.
- Use the Sounds to create a competing sample pack, sound library, or similar product.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the Sounds themselves.
- Use the Sounds in any manner that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes on the rights of a third party.
Ownership: Pier Bover retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Sounds. The Licensee is purchasing a license to use the Sounds, not ownership of the Sounds. Credit: Licensee is not required to credit the Licensor in New Works, but may choose to do so.
This license is effective until terminated. The license will terminate automatically without notice if the Licensee breaches any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease using the Sounds and delete all copies.
